LBCS provides training in applying Biblical principles to everyday challenges. LCSI is a digital certification training for Professional Biblical Counseling and Coaching. ISOS is the administrative support, training development, and coordination for LBCS and LCSI.
Dr. Kim holds a Doctorate in Education and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from the California Baptist University and is a certified Professional Biblical Counselor & Coach (PBCC).

We have extensive knowledge and backgrounds in developing and coordinating trainings and programs and assisting ministries with organizational change and administration.
